"Great, beautiful and unique location straight on the Nile. Easy to walk to many things from there. The staff was all really nice. Also, the pool area is pretty big. The breakfast was alright. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Shower flooded a bit when in use. And it was very noisy also inside the room from people walking by and children playing right outside. Families apparently go to the pool on day passes and this can be a very loud affair, also inside the room if close to the pool."

The staff were so kind and helpful, the food was delicious, and the location was both peaceful (it’s right on the river!), as well as interesting (it’s right beside a Nubian craft market). Our only challenge was that the AC had a hard time cooling our room, but it was also 117 degrees so I think any AC would have struggled :)"

"Let me start by saying that the garden and pool area straight on the Nile is really stunning and amazing to hang out in. The staff was always super nice and the breakfast has a great selection. Very fresh. But - the rooms on the street side are VERY noisy, hence I changed my room the atrium side after the first night. In the new room, the air condition did not work and I had to sleep with a wet towel over me for two nights to keep cool. Despite mentioning this, they did not fix the issue. Not...

"A wonderful experience at The View Hotel. The rooftop view is absolutely amazing, overlooking the Nile River and the mountains. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at The View Hotel again on my next trip to Luxor. Highly recommended!"

"Likes: very clean, lots of amenities including microwave, staff is very helpful. View is spectacular! Dislikes: mediocre food, small bathroom and excessive water spills from shower onto bathroom floor. Its a 4.5 for me."
