The Space:

Upon arrival at Sunny Horizon, you will immediately notice that the open-plan kitchen and living area form the heart of the apartment: the cosy dining and seating areas are flooded with natural light thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Sliding doors give direct access to the spacious balcony with outdoor furniture and a calming side view of greenery. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare elaborate meals.



There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and sink, and a second room with a bunk bed and sofa bed, offering a total of 6 sleeping places. In addition, there is a large family bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin and toilet, plus an extra separate toilet in the hallway.



An added bonus is the included private parking space and the central location close to the sea, shops and restaurants.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
