This was a very clean and attractive accommodation and we would stay here again. It was fresh, crisp and seemingly new and quite comfortable. The location is convenient and the views lovely--love the wraparound deck. Some highlights given our needs: easy viewing of World Cup on television; great work space at the big table by the sliding doors; washer and dryer given we were there for over a week and needed to wash athletic gear; nice kitchen;multiple parking options (we did not use the garage as we had a large vehicle, but street parking was quite easy). A couple of items to optimize: 1) the shower in the master bath did not drain well; though we tried to clean the drain, we had to turn water off while lathering to avoid overflow; 2) we thought there would be AC. I have not read the description again to see if it mentioned AC, but AC would have been nice. We kept the front and back sliders open to cool with cross ventilation; 3) it was unclear where to dispose of the trash and this created some stress; 4) I was hoping we would know a little sooner if we could access the apartment earlier. The communication about that was a little glitchy; earlier notice would have helped for planning and for finalizing the check-in cost (which I delayed doing). I also had a question about the parking in the lot between the building and the water and I never received an answer and ultimately received a parking ticket. After that, I always parked on the road on the other side.
