The Space:
Welcome to Seaphir, a spacious vacation apartment ideal for families. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and two leather recliners, and connects to the open kitchen with various amenities such as a toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and combi-oven.

From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the spacious terrace, where a garden table and chairs are ready to enjoy the afternoon sun and a delicious aperitif.

Vacation apartment Seaphir has two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with ample closet space. The other bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, ideal for families with children.

The bathroom is modern and spacious, equipped with a large walk-in shower and double sink.

During your stay you can use the facilities of Sailors Park, the residence in which Seaphir is located. Enjoy the outdoor pool and optional spa and laundry facilities at an additional cost. In addition, upon arrival, you can immediately park your car in the apartment's attached car park.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

Other Things to Note:
PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
