Upon arrival you will find a spacious living room with kitchen that overlooks the cozy courtyard garden. The Space:
Each room of Maison Odett has been carefully decorated with attention to detail, which immediately results in a warm cozy atmosphere. The view of the courtyard garden from the kitchen and living room make it all complete!

Upon entering Maison Odett, you are welcomed into a bright spacious hallway. The ground floor consists of a very spacious living room with open fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there is 1 bedroom with double bed on the first floor.

Each of the 5 double bedrooms features lovely color palettes, each with matching decorations. All beds have fresh white linens, blankets and pillows.

On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 spacious bathroom with bath, shower and double sink. There is also a separate toilet. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Also this floor has 1 bathroom with shower and single sink. Quality towels are provided each time.

The modern kitchen is designed to a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal! The dining area consists of a large oak dining table with matching chairs.

From both the kitchen and the living room you have direct access to the courtyard garden. This is fully furnished and has outdoor furniture. You can even use the BBQ to enjoy a cozy evening with friends or family!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
