Welcome to Biot, one of the very typical villages of the Alpes-Maritimes!

This villa is pleasant and bright.

All comfort, it includes:
- a room on the ground floor with a double bed 180X200, an en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and toilet;
- another room on the garden level with a double bed 160X190, a bathroom with shower cabin and jet shower and separate toilet;
- an independent studio on the ground floor with a double bed 140X190, a bathroom with shower and toilet;
- a living room on the ground floor with two single beds of 90X200 that can easily be assembled and become a double bed of 180X200, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.

You will particularly appreciate its terraces and its lack of vis-à-vis. We only hear the birds singing!

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Fireplace, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.

You will also have access to dedicated spaces for 2 to 3 vehicles along the villa on the secure road inside the condominium.

Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost

The accommodation is located:
- in a residence with a tennis court and a large communal pool open with 1000m3 all the time, but must be quiet from 7 p.m. (in the lower part where noise, noisy dives and floating objects are not allowed);
- 5 minutes walk from the Fernand Léger Museum;
- near a fish restaurant (not recommended in summer);
- less than 2 minutes by car from a bakery and shops.

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
