You are renting the 1st and 2nd levels of the home. The basement is a separate apartment, and the garage is only accessible for storing garbage. The backyard is available for use but has shared access with the owners.

Please note that the family lives onsite in the basement apartment. They enjoy having guests stay and are very respectful of your privacy, but you may hear each other's sounds of life from time to time.
Short Term Rental Operators in Niagara-on-the-Lake are required to collect and remit a 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) on any reservation less than 28 days as per by-law No. 5440-23.
Guest Verification: To protect our home and stay aligned with short-term rental regulations, we use an independent verification process for all guests that don't book in Airbnb. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your reservation. If you are not booking with Airbnb you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
