THE SPACE:

Designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation, Deerview Retreat offers spacious single-level living in a peaceful setting backing onto a private forest.

The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends travelling together. The primary suite is a true retreat, complete with a electric fireplace, Smart TV, walk-in closet, private access to the patio, and a spacious ensuite featuring a jetted jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

Gather in the cozy living room with a gas fireplace and Smart TV, enjoy meals together in the formal dining room with ample seating, or prepare your favourite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the backyard patio.

One of the home's most memorable features is the backyard. Surrounded by mature gardens and backing onto a peaceful forest, it's common to spot deer, rabbits, birds, and other wildlife while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the patio.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have exclusive access to the main floor of the home, including the backyard, patios, and driveway.

The home is offered as a private main-floor retreat. The garage, basement, laundry room, and second-floor bedroom are secured owner storage areas and are not accessible during your stay.

No one else will be on the property during your stay. These areas are simply locked and set aside for owner storage, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy throughout your visit.

Ample parking is available in the driveway with free street parking if needed.

Deerview Retreat is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood just minutes from Niagara's renowned wineries, historic Queen Street, golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and many of the region's top attractions.

GETTING AROUND:

Having a vehicle is the best way to explore everything the Niagara region has to offer, but it's certainly not required.

Ride-share services such as Uber, local taxis, and seasonal public bike rentals are readily available. Many wineries, restaurants, parks, and local attractions are also within a 30-minute walk, making it easy to enjoy the area at your own pace.

Free parking for up to 3 vehicles is available in the driveway as well additional free street parking if required.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected changes, illness, or travel delays.

Please note, refunds on cancelled reservations are subject to a payment processing fee of roughly 3%.

HOUSE RULES:
- Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets or service animals, due to allergies.
- No unauthorized guests allowed.
- Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- Outdoor noise but be kept to a reasonable volume in respect of our neighbours.
- Outdoor quiet hours between 9pm-9am.
- Unauthorized late check out fees apply.
- Charges apply when house rules are broken.
