"The Sterling was amazing!!!! If you come to the Canada side for Niagara Falls, please do yourself a favor and stay here. They have a STEAM shower in the room. WHAT!!!! So nice to take a steam shower after a long fun day at the falls. The staff here were absolutely amazing. Friendly, informative, and just all around great. The AG restaurant downstairs also amazing. "Like: - area - close to clifton and fallsview waterpark - included breakfast - pool hours until 10pm was nice Dislike: - rotten smell on the 3rd floor corridors and by elevator. - cleanliness in the room especially washroom. - damaged toilet. Wont flush properly. Had to hold it harder and longer to be flushed properly Over all nice place to go with family however updates/renos are surely needed in some areas. "

"Great hotel. Great breakfast. Our room was on the 39th floor. Excellent idea of the falls. My only issue is the AC in the room. It never really got cold to our liking. They seem to be using motion activated AC system. So it shuts off in the middle of the night. So you wake up about 3am sweating. Not Fun. Other than that it was a great stay. Oh and off site parking was easy to get to and from. Although it seemed really expensive. "
