"Generally a good stay, but 5 star- hotel is pushing it.
Bad:
No hot water. Luke warm was max.
Bathtub was really unstable and made horrible noises.
The outdoor lounge seat was past its lifetime, with plastic particles falling off of it.
Christmas music everywhere. I could even hear it on the balcony...
Dinner was bland compared to other Vietnamese food.
Really bad bicycles with no air in the tires

"We had a wonderful stay at fusion resort and would highly recommend this place to family and friends. The staff were so service minded, friendly and kind. The food, surroundings, spa and our ocean view pool villa were outstanding.
A special gratitude goes to our host Aelia. She made us felt very welcome, picking us up from the airport, guiding us through the resorts assortments and made our accommodation extra special.
