"I was really suprised over the personal touch. This is a huge hotel, but when my daughter hurt her foot the staff was quick to get a nurse and made sure she was looked after twice a day til she was ok again.
Also they made sure to bring a cake for my birthday.
The breakfast was crowded (stayed during Tet) but the staff was friendly and welcoming no matter how many guest there were.
The view is nice, the beach has Gigantic waves, this is not a swim-beach and absolutely not for small children....

This resort property is isolated and very large which would require calling for a hitrl electric golf cart to get around including getting to the hotel lobby for breakfast or lunch… Far away from Cam ranh city than it looks on the map. "Ok værelser med den flotteste udsigt. Internettet virkelig godt. Morgenmad mangelfuld - kun hvidt brød. Og der manglede ekstra / andet pålæg og flere slags ost (vær opmærksom på at morgenmad lukker allerede 09:30. Det kunne klæde hotellet at stille kaffe automater op, så man kunne nyde en kop americano, latte eller cappuccino. TV programmer var ikke som lovet dvs. ingen engelske kanaler der virkede. Mangel på håndklæde service. Bar i foyer lukker tidligt (21:30-22). Til dels meget uklart vand i rooftop pool - bør tilsætte mere klor. Opholdsrum ved rooftop havde ingen klimaanlæg der virkede samt sauna og dampbad var ude af drift. Glasset til ved poolen bør rengøres oftere da udsigten er fortræffelig. Irriterende at der hele tiden holdt biler udenfor på fortovet.
Generelt markedsfører de sig selv godt men der skal afklares / rettes op på mange ting før at hotellet leverer i forhold til markedsføringen. Der var hele tiden noget der ikke fungerede synes vi (lejet 3 værelser - familie på 5)
