The staff were great nice and friendly. The room was ok but it should state if there are 2 adults and 2 children you need to pay for extra beds as the rooms don’t accomodate what is stated. The resort is nice but because the majority of visitors are Russian everything is Russian dominated even when talking to entertainment staff they talk to you in Russian.
We stayed for New year which was lovely the food was amazing the entertainment was ok as again even the music was Russian.
The pools were good but the hydro slides do need some maintenance. Hopefully this gets down when the new hotel is opened they can do maintenance on the older hotel. All is all a ok time but would be good if open to other nationalities apart from the Russians.
