When we arrived back to the second part of the stay, our luggages were already in our room. Thanks to the staff for making our stay a fantastic one. "

"新しく清潔で、快適に過ごせます。受付やレストランのスタッフの対応も良いです。隣のビルにセブンイレブンがあるのでアルコールや軽食も買えて便利です。しかし、朝と夕方はひどい渋滞が発生するので、タクシーがなかなか来ません。朝夕はHanoi中心部までとても時間がかかりますから、通常の2－3倍は余裕を持ちましょう。最近のHanoiは道路からの大気汚染も酷いです。"

"Sweet place to stay in old town. The other reviews don't lie, so don't really have much to add! We enjoyed how we were treated and the help and information we got. All staff members were absolutely great and welcoming. Only issue in the room was the safe being locked, so not possible to use, didnt ask to get it fixed either, as it felt more than safe here!! Thanks for having us, we would love to stay again!"
