"Have been quite happy with our stay even though I will mention the fact that there was only one power plug in the entire room. That's not enough when two ppl need to charge phones etc. Also, house keeping didn't really happen. We had to go ask for toilet paper and clean towels. They did apologise on arrival that they were very understaffed coz ppl had called in sick, but that shouldn't affect 4 days there....? They were very nice all the time and happy to help. "The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway.
The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment.

"We had a great stay overall. Parking was a bit tricky to find initially (go past the pub then turn left) but reception told me where to park. Comfortable room with all amenities provided to cook. Wasn’t absolutely spotless but it was clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff and the phone passes were a faff but it worked out well in the end. Option to get cards so that’s nice. Overall very comfy and would happily stay again, especially if it was cheaper."

My husband and I had a meal on the night of arrival which was excellent. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
It was nice to have plenty of tea bags and milk cartons in the room instead of the usual 2. Very comfortable bed.
