"The location was great because it’s not too far from the beach but it’s much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming. "

"From check in which was very straightforward to checkout which was exactly the same we had a fantastic 5 night break. Great communication from Will the owner made everything easy. Clean room with comfortable bed and bedding. Special mention for the breakfast which was spot on with some great local produce. Lovely outdoor seating area too. We'll definitely return. Thank you. "

"I found the hotel perfect for a short stay in Torquay. Only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and free parking just outside the entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning with some extra treats. Really friendly place and I'm going back there in the summer. I'm using the hotel as a base to meet my friends who return to Torquay twice a year."

"Great location and beautiful view of the water from our hotel window. The room was clean, had plenty of power outlets and had lots of space to open suitcases and relax. The building doesn't have air conditioning but they did include a fan in the room which was very appreciated.
Breakfast was a little confusing because there were apparently assigned tables but we weren't aware of it until an employee stopped us while getting food. Second attempt at breakfast wasn't any clearer as the table we...

"The first room we were given was not up to 3 star standard.
We contacted reception the next morning and they were very considerate and we were offered an alternative room that was more acceptable. The location, food and the staff were excellent. We hope to return."

"Staff were fantastic, could not do more to help you. Food was lovely. Room was very basic, but clean, only thing I would suggest is to place fans in the room as it was extremely hot. Other than that I would stay there again. "
