MODERN NEWLY COMPLETED IN 2021, this tri-level 4-BEDROOM home WITH AC was thoughtfully designed for your next fun-filled Newport Beach family vacation. This property is just STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH. There are PRIVATE BATHROOMS FOR EACH BEDROOM and SMART TV?S IN EVERY ROOM for your maximum comfort and convenience. Play all day in the sand and surf and then catch the sunset from the finest rooftop in all of Newport Beach. Ideally situated to be within quick walking distances from shops, restaurants, and activities. As an added bonus, there?s an ATTACHED GARAGE that accommodates 2 medium-size cars. Depending on availability, this unit CAN BE COMBINED with the attached unit (#B) for a total of 8 bedrooms/8 baths for your extended family and friends. Here?s what you?ll find throughout:

LINENS: 
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee.

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

 - hair dryer; iron/ironing board
 - starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts)

PARKING:
Two garage spaces that accommodate most regular-sized vehicles, accessed via rear alley; general street parking - metered and non-metered - throughout the neighborhood.

LAUNDRY:
Stack washer/dryer located along second level hallway. Guests must provide their own supplies.

LOCATION:
This home is conveniently located along the peninsula?s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

RECREATIONAL GEAR: 
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

The property is in great shape. Nice kitchen, great open layout on 1st floor with lots of seating and 2 car garage. 2nd floor has ample space in the bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms. Love the 2nd floor covered patio. 3rd floor bedroom and rooftop patio are awesome. Only drawback, is the street noise. But, location and proximity to everything is great. Walkable, and close to the beach, and close to the bay.

We had a wonderful time at this property over the Memorial weekend for my daughter’s graduation from Chapman. The location works perfectly for strolling to the beach, going out to eat, and grabbing midday snacks. The kitchen, living room and rooftop area are great gathering places for our informal breakfasts and quick lunch prep area.

Great property a block from the beach and nearby main Newport strip/pier. Can’t beat the location and space was ideal for larger group with multiple bedrooms and levels. Outdoor areas were great as well. Convenient two car garage as well. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Home was very clean, great location, easy communication with management, and 2 garage spots was a huge plus! Upstairs balcony was beautiful and where we spent a lot of our time. Recommend!

Great home in Newport, a short walk to the beach, pier, restaurants and shops. Loved the fact that each of the 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom! And the private garage parking was convenient. Rooftop deck/patio was fantastic too! Home was very clean and is newer construction, and was well appointed, with everything we needed/wanted. We would definitely stay there again!

Four of us were in Huntington Beach for a conference. This property was ideal since there are 4 bedrooms each with an in suite bathroom. I only wish the weather (cold, windy and rain) had allowed us to take advantage of the very nice 2nd story deck and view. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. We used Lyft to get around and never had a problem. We actually realized significant savings over the cost of staying at the conference hotel and were able to enjoy the much roomier condo.

The house is well located, modern and extremely clean. The roof top patio is a plus. Two Car parking on site is a bonus. The Host was very responsive. We would stay again. Loved that every child had their own bath. allowed for everyone to get ready and out the door in a timely manner.

My mom is meticulously clean and she loved how clean this place was. No dirt in any of the corners. It’s within 5 min walking distance to the beach and a delicious donut shop and super relaxing pedicure place called island nails . They also have a grill and it’s quiet at night. My kids loved the house and in the future we will be back.

Nice property with great amenities. You can tell the property is brand new. Plenty of space for our family. Large garage for cars or beach gear. Easy walk to shopping/grocery store and pier. Very close proximity to the beach. Great location because it is central to everything. Would definitely stay again.
