The Space:

Come relax at this 2 bedroom lower unit beach house! Located at 48th Street, this rental is just one house from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It features a spacious outdoor patio with peek a boo ocean views and a charcoal BBQ.



The living room has ample seating and a flat screen TV. One couch in the living room pulls out to a queen sofa bed.



The kitchen has granite counters, modern cabinetry and stainless fridge and dishwasher and plenty of room to prepare meals for the whole family. The dining area is just off the kitchen, with seating for at least six.



The master bedroom has a king bed and a dresser. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The full hall bathroom has a double mirrored vanity and a shower/tub combination.



The front patio offers a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the corner. With a charcoal grill, table with seating for six, and cool ocean breezes, you may never venture back inside! The coin-operated washer/dryer are located in a laundry room shared with the upper unit. A one-car garage provides parking for this rental.



The beach at 48th St is is perfect for all types of water activities and has a lifeguard tower to boot! Swim, boogie board, surf or just relax on the sand. Options abound nearby for shopping and dining.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
