Gorgeous Home on the Beach - Walk onto the Sand from your Patio

Nestled on the sand of Newport Beach about a mile and a half north of the Newport pier, this three-story home is ideal for guests who appreciate luxury with their ocean views. Gaze at the waves from an open-concept gathering space—including dining nook surrounded by glass—and two oceanfront balconies.

Abundant sunshine and ocean views steal the show in the second-floor gathering space. The open-concept design with soaring open-beamed ceiling and tall windows gives this airy space a roomy feel. But it's cozy, too, with a large flat-screen TV (and surround sound), a warm fireplace, and plush sofas.

Even the chef can keep an eye on the waves from the kitchen, where granite countertops and backsplashes and high-end stainless-steel appliances add a luxury touch. A large center island offers a spot for three to help chop and prep or sip wine and chat. Settle into the dining nook with banquettes to linger over dinner and take in the view..

The house has a full laundry room with washer and dryer on the second floor, and a second full size stackable washer dryer in the garage for your convenience.

The home has one car garage parking and one carport space.

The master suite is pure opulence. Relax in the queen-size bed and refresh in a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Access a private balcony via a walkway with bonus space, where you can enjoy the view through full wall of windows.

Two guest bedrooms on the second floor have queen-size beds and share a hall bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The ground-floor bedroom suite has a queen-size bed and adjacent bath with an artfully tiled walk-in shower.

Three levels of outdoor living are all yours to enjoy!

Right on the sand, a spacious ground-floor patio offers a comfortable lounge space and dining for six. An intimate second-floor balcony off the living area with table for four and BBQ is ideal for sunny afternoon meals before heading back to the surf. A third-floor deck with glass railing is a postcard-perfect spot for Pacific sunsets. Grab a seat around the fireplace and chat late into the evening in this truly special setting.

From this stylish beachfront spot, the sand is at your toes. Open the gate on your oceanfront patio and wander down to the waves.

Options for shopping and dining abound nearby. Travel just a few blocks up West Coast Highway for casual eateries like Eat Chow, Spaghetti Bender and Big Belly Deli, or head south towards Newport Pier for seafood restaurants, taco joints, and more. For fine dining try Nobu in upscale Lido Marina Village, or The Cannery or Bluewater Grill.

Best thing about this house is it’s right on the beach. Also the back patio is wonderful & has comfortable seating & umbrellas to shade. Kitchen is well stocked. Suggestion would be to have child gates for the main level to block the stairs for toddlers. And perhaps more pillows & towels. Overall a great stay & we’d definitely come back to this house. Thank you !!

We got our family together for time on the beach, board games, and family time and this was the perfect place. The three ocean view decks are very nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. Really nice that it’s directly on the beach vs having a busy trafficked boardwalk in front of you.

Great house! Accurate representation. The house has everything you might need as far as supplies, beach gear, and kitchen tools. The home is immaculate and the view is amazing!

We had 8 adults and the home was clean, cozy and well equipped. The patio furniture was newer than in photos so it was even prettier in person. The location has good parking for smaller cars as typical right on the sand, we had a great experience here. The staff and process was professional and set all expectations up front.

The home is beautiful. The kitchen is supplied with all the essentials. The ocean view & sunsets are amazing. We enjoyed the patios and lounging in the living room. It was nice to walk from the patio right onto the beach. The location is perfect for a beach getaway. I look forward to staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house was beautiful inside and out and the location was perfect, off the boardwalk but close enough to bicycle to the pier easily. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and the views were amazing.

The property is in an excellent location. Our family of 5 had a pleasant stay. You might want to bring a few extra bath towels, as we only had 1-2 per bathroom (or you could do laundry like we did). I wish there were board games or even playing cards available, but not a big deal. We met the owners, who are VERY nice and friendly. The price is quite expensive, especially with all the hidden VRBO fees, however you are getting a whole house right ON the beach. You get what you pay for. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

The three decks provide amazing views with top deck sunsets complimented by the fireplace glow. The bottom deck is fantastic dinner spot with sounds of crashing waves on shore. The street has biking/running path that connects to beachfront path you can ride/run to the pier.

The property is perfect, it has everything you would want in a beach rental. plenty of space, easy parking, fire pits for enjoying the breezy evenings and lots of space for looking out over the beautiful ocean. The property management team was very responsive to any issues (which were minor) and treated us with respect and kindness. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay. Beautiful home and had everything you needed. You can not beat the location. Management was very responsive. Check in process could be easier with automatic entrance and not having to go to office. Only downside was no air which we knew about but was a little uncomfortable and it was Feb so fairly cool outside. Wasn't expecting the house to be so warm.

We really enjoyed this property. It was nice, clean and in a great location. The garage parking was too small for our Chevy Tahoe, but there was adequate parking on the street close by. Overall the property and experience was great.
