This urban chic 1,652 sqft home expands throughout two floors, offers spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces and comfortably sleeps up to 6 people in 3 queen-sized beds. With a dream kitchen perfect for multiple chefs and entertaining, an outdoor patio, 2 off-street parking spots, 4 flat screen TVs and WiFi throughout, this home has all the modern amenities needed for a memorable Newburyport experience.

The main floor features an open kitchen and living room floor plan, a full bathroom and master bedroom with queen-sized bed. NOTE: the fireplace is inoperable and may not be used. The finished basement has two more bedrooms and a second full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has a queen-sized bed plus couch. There is a washer and dryer on property, central heat and AC, an abundance of natural light and more than enough room for a comfortable getaway. Easy access to I-95, I-495 and the commuter train to Boston which is just 38 miles away.
