"Pay attention to the details. There are no elevators. This hotel is not handicap accessible. This seriously shocked me in today's day and age. My daughter has a scooter and cannot walk. We were on the 2nd floor. They were booked and could not move us. To make this even worse they directed us to the wrong side of the hotel. So after her crawling up the stairs and us carrying all of our luggage , we had to come down and go to the other end of the hotel and up another set of stairs. These stairs...

"We stopped at the Jackson Park Inn for one night on a road trip, and we were very positively surprised! The room was spacious and super comfortable, with high quality furnishings, and very clean. As we were tired from driving, we didn't explore the neighborhood, but there are a bar and a restaurant within the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Overall recommended!"

"We stayed here for the pool, so my child could swim, and it was extremely cold. Like too cold to even get in! The hot tub was green and they didn’t have towels stocked in the pool area either. Our coffee pot in the room had a rotten pepper in it. Had the pool and hot tub been warm and clean, the stay would have been perfect."

"This property seems as kept up as possible considering the age. However, you’re hit in the face with a combination of cigarettes and weed the moment you enter. It appears that at least a third of the property has permanent residents. The entrance I was told to use has a door with a broken lock and the panic bar zip tied open with a sign simply saying door lock broken don’t use. Had to walk through a smoke party at the door to even get to the room that also provided a contact buzz. If this is...

"Room outdated old brown carpet all over made it dark and gloomy. Paint chipped. Worse part was the shower pressure was awful. I tried to get a room change but got the run around. They finally sent the “manager” who came to try and fix it ran the water and said it was ok that even he had low pressure at his home. I showed him the shower head he said it was fine that’s it. Then I showed him the condition of the bathroom mold and stains and he said nothing. Honestly for a chain hotel this was...
