It is 1/2 block from the Chehalem Cultural Center and 2 blocks from coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants/bars in a residential area. It is about a 1/2 mile from a grocery store. We did not walk or go to George Fox, but I believe the campus is a short walk from the house. Ours was a mother-daughter weekend with a 3 month old baby. It would be perfect for a couple. ...

"The property was clean and spacious. We appreciated the easy drive to Carlton, McMinnville, and Newberg. The apartment sits above the farm store, but we were never affected by any noise, and the host home sits up the hill. The sunsets on the property were beautiful and peaceful."

"This property was wonderful. It was clean, quiet, and located perfectly for our needs visiting friends. Unfortunately the well was shut off on our last day/night and there was no water. We were traveling back to the east coast and it made for a stressful end of our trip, and not much was done to help accommodate us. We were not offered any other solution which was frustrating. I had to find another place to sleep for the night, and then had to ask for a refund/compensation for the lost night. I...
