Pets
•No pets are allowed unless previously approved in writing.
Smoking
•Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or in common areas. Absolutely no smoking or sitting in front of the house. You are only allowed to smoke in the backyard away from the unit with the door closed.
Events
•No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.
Quiet Hours
•Please respect designated quiet hours (typically 10 PM – 8 AM) to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Lost Key
•Lost keys will incur a $250 replacement fee.
Food & Beverages
•To maintain cleanliness and avoid pests, please only eat and drink in the kitchen area.
Front Steps & Entryway
•Please do not sit, gather, or block the front steps or entryway. Another unit is occupied on the property and we ask that all guests remain respectful.
Towels
•Fresh towels are provided for your use. Please do not use the decorative towels displayed in the bathroom.
Parking
•Free street parking is available. Do not block any driveways—yours or your neighbors'. You may unload in front of the house but please move your car promptly afterward.
Garage Door Access
•For safety and privacy, do not open or use the door leading to the garage. Please enter and exit through the front door only.
Trash & Recycling
•Please separate recyclables (including cardboard) into the recycling bin and all other waste into the trash bin. This helps with timely and proper trash collection.
Umbrellas & Wet Items
•To prevent slips and keep the home dry, please place all umbrellas and wet gear in the umbrella box located outside the unit.
