"I will start with saying Roseann who filled in at the front desk and also worked the restaurant area was absolutely wonderful, kind, welcoming, and efficient and really seemed to carry much of the operation on her back. I don't really know how to say this without being politically incorrect, especially because I believe in tact and sensitivity, but the two people working the front desk lacked the social cues and hospitality that was necessary to work the front desk at the hotel. "Property was lovely, staff in the restaurant was super helpful and efficient. We were attending a concert at SPAC and it could not be more convenient to be able to walk to the venue and back. I will be back."

"We checked in a bit late and the over the phone assistance was excellent and the room was very clean. The only thing I will say is that it took a very long time for it to cool down in the room due to the air conditioner not working the best and the temp kept rising but it was very hot outside so it could have just been over worked. Other than that a very convenient spot in town for the price."

"The renovation completed inside the room was very nicely thought out with the space available. The bathroom was especially modern, clean and had big shower. The two queen beds were clean and very comfortable. The outside of the motel is deceiving as it gives camp vibes.
