Alt var super :). Beliggenhed, værelse, senge, badeværelse, wifi og rengøring. Derudover var personalet meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende.

Skønt hotel på Manhatten
Efter et mindre heldigt besøg på et andet hotel på Manhatten, ombookede vi til Courtyard, og dette skønne hotel gav os en dejlig base i New York. Værelset var ikke det største, men på Manhatten må man gå ned på kvadratmeter. Tilgengæld var værelset i rigtig fin stand med en dejlig stor seng, fri kaffe, køleskab samt et lækkert nyere badeværelse. Hotellets personale er flinke og hjælpsomme, og i hotellets lobby findes deres egen Starbucks. Så er man kommet til New York! Gider man ikke ræset i midten af Manhatten ved Penn Station, så kan dette hotel bestemt anbefales. Det ligger alligevel tæt på 7th avenue, men gaden hotellet ligger på køre ikke i knap så højt et gear. Mange spisesteder tæt på, specielt et lokalt pizza sted blev vi ret vilde med.

We spent just one quick night at this hotel and we had a great experience. I'm sure this isn't the norm, but we arrived in the city several hours before check-in time and the front desk clerk sent us right up to our room, and there was no additional charge when we checked out. For a New York hotel, the room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Everything was clean and we got a very reasonable rate through Expedia. The hotel is ideally located near the Lincoln Tunnel and walking distance to the theater district but is very quiet. Not a bad thing to say about this Courtyard by Marriott!

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Manhattan/Chelsea for one week on a super busy business trip. It was conveniently located for us in Chelsea. The front desk staff is not great, they are not warm nor welcoming in general. BUT all of other staff were amazing, especially the team at the café. I have never seen such nice staff before in a café at any Marriott. CARLOS and everyone else working with him were a delight. After only one visit, every time I came back for coffee and breakfast they remembered exactly what I ordered (which tends to be a little complicated :-)). They had the best warm attitude, smile and greetings. That would be one reason I would go back to the same hotel on my next visit. One down side is that the traffic on that street is always a problem as the NYPD Station is across the street and a lot of Police vehicles are parked creating unusual congestion. Ordering a Uber or Revel to pick us up in front of the hotel was always an issue, waiting 15 to 30 minutes because they were caught in traffic on this specific street. I highly recommend ordering a car from the street corner instead of the hotel. Hotel was very quiet, bed comfortable, room was small but not bad for NYC.

The staff was very welcoming as soon as we walked on the door, the woman greeted us and the check in was fast and easy, even got two bottles of water for free. The beds were comfy, the pillows were ok could of been alittle firmer, the TV was good it said good afternoon Lori on the screen, the bathrooms were ok the water for the shower takes about a minute to get warm, the toilet stays loud for a minute after flush. Loved that it was just a block away from Penn station, wish they had a free breakfast, they had a mini Starbucks but was way more expensive than the regular one down the street.. If I ever see a concert at Madison square garden I will stay here. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay. Major subway station a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel was kept very clean and the staff who looked after our room were fabulous. Nice toiletries, no complaints at all. Also - try Goldies attached to the hotel, it’s fabulous!

This hotel was super conveniently located with Penn Station just a block away. It also felt safe walking around the area, even at night. It seemed like they were doing some construction or something somewhere in the building - there was some loud banging I could hear from my room one morning, but other than that, it was pretty quiet, even with my room being right near the elevator. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a quick last minute overnight stay. Arrived late at night. The man who checked us in was very nice. Convenient. Just a couple blocks from Moynihan Hall. The room was a little smaller than I am used to, but we didn’t need a lot of space. The room was clean. I would stay again.

Great for night out at MSG
Perfect stay to attend evening at Madison Square Garden. Room was comfortable and clean. Sports bar next door was fun and it was great having Starbucks coffee in lobby. No frills but it was perfect for what I needed. All the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very nice and welcoming from the minute we arrived. We were attending a concert at Madison Square Garden so the location was perfect. We hoped to drop our luggage off since we arrived at noon but we were immediately able to check in and gain access to our room. We would definitely stay here again.

I spent Christmas in NYC in 2023 and I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I arrived at the hotel at @ 12:30 and although check-in wasn't until 4:00 pm, they staff had my room ready @ 2:00 pm. The hotel was pretty quiet and clean. The staff was courteous. My room was cleaned and towels and sheets were changed every day. There was a cafe that I ate breakfast at once in the hotel. The cafe had a good selection for breakfast and ample seating. There was a bar/restaurant right next door where I ate 3 meals. They had delicious salads and sandwhiches. The outside area at the front of the hotel had a seating area with tables and chairs. I used Uber my entire stay, which was able to pick me up right in front of the hotel. Across the street from the hotel was one of the NYPD precincts, but the street was still pretty quiet. All in all, I had a great stay. I highly reccommend this hotel.
