"Second time I’ve stayed at this condo. The condo has everything you need. It’s clean, in a fantastic location. Looks right over the beach! The staff at the condo is also so friendly and accommodating. If it’s available book it. We had 4 girls and had MORE then enough room to be comfortable."

"Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves"

"location is prime. Staff was not all rude but they were not pleasant as well, we felt some resistance in request we made. We were charged for parking in the hotel’s own parking lot, go figure. It seems they are going through a remodeling, hallways have new flooring but apts have old carpet. Blinds were broken, beds are small. Besides it all we were right at the beach and all units looks towards the ocean, that was nice"
