The ultimate beach vacation home, the "Hip Nautic" in New Smyrna Beach will have you relaxing in style! Perfect for entertaining friends and family, you will love this exquisite oceanfront pool home. With three, 25-foot covered patios, views of the sparkling Atlantic waters can be enjoyed from every level!

Enjoy this luxury oceanfront 6 bedroom 5.5 bath home with a pool(no hot tub). Families with children will love the location of this home as it's located on the car-free beach and within walking distance of a playground and park. This home offers 3 stories of luxurious living. It is professionally decorated with tile throughout and panoramic views of the ocean. Sliding pocket doors on all three levels allows you to enjoy the ocean breezes.

Level one features a huge ocean-view leisure/entertainment room with a large flat-screen TV, DVD, and a large wet bar with granite countertops, and a small fridge. The leisure room opens up through pocket doors to the covered patio and then out to the oceanfront pool area featuring an infinity pool. This is the perfect area to entertain friends and family. The "Little Tike's" room is also located on this level and features 2 bunk beds, one with a twin pull-out and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and 2-car garage.

Level two features the oceanfront living room with a large flat-screen TV, surround sound, and leather couches and opens up, by way of pocket doors, to the oceanfront, covered 25-foot balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The ocean view, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, Thermadore stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a built-in dishwasher and refrigerator, and everything you'll need to prepare a meal fit for a king. Meals with family can be enjoyed while taking in the ocean views from the bay window in the dining room featuring seating for 6. There is also additional seating at the kitchen island with seating for 6. There is a bedroom featuring a queen bed and a private balcony. Right down the hall from this bedroom is a full bath with a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a private balcony. The full bath, down the hall, from this bedroom, features a walk-in shower.

Level three features the master suite plus 2 additional bedrooms. Wake up every morning with a spectacular view of the beach from the oceanfront master suite featuring a king-size bed, flat screen TV, huge walk-in closet, and luxurious private bath featuring double granite vanities, jetted Whirlpool tub, and large walk-in shower. From the owner's suite walk out, via pocket doors, to the private 25-foot covered, oceanfront deck. Just outside the master suite is a bonus room with bean bags and a flat-screen TV. The 4th bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a shared balcony. The 5th bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a shared balcony with a private bath with a walk-in shower. Also located on this level is a half bath.

The gorgeous home also features a 3-stop elevator, WiFi, and cable TV, and all your linens are supplied.

It was disappointing that we were not able to check-in early. The property management company did try to get us in earlier than 4, unfortunately there was an issue with the home that had to be fixed.The location and the house itself was very nice! The 3 stories was very nice with great views and the bedrooms and bathrooms were located nicely in the home. The biggest issue we had was the wi-fi was the worst I've experienced. Two of us were trying to also work which became an issue. The property management company was very quick to respond trying to fix it but with not much success. Then they replaced the equipment but it was still terrible. Not good if you need to work or relax with some Netflex. A couple minor suggestions would be to install fans on the decks to help with the bugs and heat, motion lights in the bathrooms so you can see when you get up at night and update the pots and pans. Other than those few things, we enjoyed our stay in this home.

Our New Smyrna Beach rental was/is a beautiful home away from home. With three floors of windows walls, all opening to the Atlantic sunrise and an expansive beach immediately adjacent to the property. Unfortunately access to the beach was compromised by new seawall construction that we were advised of prior to our arrival. The property easily accommodated ourselves,three adult children, significant others and children. Multiple private living areas and ensuite bathrooms. High end appliances, multiple laundry machines, elevator, electric blinds, ice makers... the works ! On the lower level, another entertaining area with bar, warm pool,game tables and outdoor gas fire pit. The master suite was fantastic with it's private deck, sitting area and expansive bathroom. We are planning on renting this property in the future.

Our family had a great vacation in the Hip Nautic. Huge open doors to the decks-so beautiful, the decks themselves, large kitchen, bedrooms quite separate from each other, steps to the beach (this was a great surprise), plenty of linens, double washers and dryers, park for kids nearby, beautiful beach-great sand, flat beach for walks, and sunrises. The pool is not heated-which was stated clearly, but in our opinion, it should have been. We had little kids along and for them the water was just too cold to really enjoy the pool. Other than the temperature of the pool, this house worked out perfectly for our family and we have wonderful memories of our stay here.

The property had lots of room for my family of 12. It was clean when we arrived. No fault of the property but hard to get to the beach. Roaches were chased the entire time even after having Bruce the maintenance person bring 1 bait to the house. He also tried to get the fans working to no avail. Could use more bath towels for the number of people the house can accommodate. Kitchen is probably well stocked if you can find things. Stuff is everywhere. Some pots and pans could be thrown away as they are in bad shape. Advertises ice machine but not there even in the refrigerator, doesn't work. Fill ice trays in this day and time. Everything should be top notch for the price being charged.

We had a great time with our family in this property.... Beautiful house and lots of great amenities and games there. Only concern is that the air conditioner on the main level wasn't always working.

The house was very nice especially the master bedroom suite. Plenty of room for the whole family. The beach was so close and the views were spectacular. We had a fantastic time celebrating my husband and sons birthdays as well as the Daytona 500, Kennedy Space Center and a day at Disney. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.
