Welcome to your home away from home-where your host has thought of everything. FULLY stocked kitchen, "best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed at" also have dinnerware for the kids. Drip coffee maker & French press. Beach towels provided, 4 beach chairs, cooler, pickel ball paddles/balls, games, cards, washer and dryer in unit. A spacious condo nestled in 53 acres of moss draped trees in the beautiful community of Sea Woods. Just a short 6 minute walk to toes in the sand via the public access right across the street. Amenities include 3 pools, pickleball, workout facility, sauna & beautiful lush trails.

THE SPACE:
Sol Rise Cottage is a spacious, cozy, 2nd floor condo located in the 53 acre seaside Community of Sea Woods.

Master Bedroom - Spacious bedroom, queen bed with all new bedding including pillows and linens, full length mirror, sliding doors open to screened in deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Cable TV

Master Bathroom - separate dressing area with vanity, sink, & mirror. Walk in shower . Shampoo, Conditioner, & bar soap available if needed.

2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds with new linens, Roku TV

2nd bath - full bath with tub

Dining -seats 6. Four at main table, two at side table.

Kitchen- fully stocked with stylish dinnerware, wine glasses and all you need to create any delicious meal.

Laundry Room- full size washer and dryer in unit

Guests have full access to Sol Rise, his and her beach bikes, as well as Sea Woods amenities which include:

TOP TEN of my favorite hidden gems & things to do:

1) New Smyrna Dunes Park- a 15 minute drive to the 2.4 mile boardwalk hike or scramble along the sand paths off to the sea. This part of the beach is known for some of the best surfing in FL. So grab your surf board and give it a go or sit back and relax and enjoy the show!

2) Flagler Ave- an eight minute drive or 20 minute bike ride to this seaside beach street that is lined with lots of great restaurants, bars, quaint boutiques and nightlife. Monthly wine and art walks and block parties.

Pack up your car & head to the drive on beach. Take a break from the sun & walk to one of my fav places, Breakers, on the beach. Enjoy a few of my favorites, the Blackened shrimp, “The Best Burger” in town and a Landshark beer- yes please.

Third Wave Café- Absolutely unique dining experience that feels like you're in an enchanted garden. The dinner entrée portions are extremely generous & delicious!

3) Make sure you catch a few beautiful morning sunrises, a moonrise, and a rocket launch at your beach across the street.

4) Saturday Morning Farmers Market- on Canal street from 8am -12pm. Local vendors sporting their wares. Come hungry. Fresh produce, maple syrups, fresh baked goods, coffee, honey, jewelry, local artists and authors.... just to name a few.

5) Dive bar- a 5 minute drive or Uber to Casey's on S Atlantic Ave. Live music & the cheapest & STRONGEST drinks in town

6) Canaveral National Seashore - An eleven minute drive will bring you to 24 miles of undeveloped beach. Reconnect with nature (spotty cell phone service), Hike Castle Windy Trail, fish, shell, canoe, kayak. There are 5 beaches and the 5th one is clothing optional and has the best shelling.

7) Canal Street- downtown historic district. Fine dining, art galleries, shopping, monthly and annual events.

8) Mon Delice- Adorable Authentic French Bakery just a few minutes away. You can’t go wrong but my favorite was the Napoleon & the custard Éclair. Be sure to grab a few Les Sandwiches for your picnic lunches.

9) Ride your bikes on the beach & stop at some of the Beachside bars and restaurants. Head north and your first stop is Chases, next stop Sea Vista Tiki Bar, Toni and Joe's Patio, next Breakers which is on Flagler Ave!! A word of caution: be sure to check when the high tide is before you go

10) Café Heavenly- LOBSTER ROLLS and homemade Sangria ~ need I say more?

Pam was exceptional and so is her property. The neighborhood is quite nice and within an easy walking distance to several restaurants and a market. The beach is a short block away. The condo is well-appointed and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our visit to NSB and will certainly be back!

The location was quiet and convenient to the beach/pool. Unit was well stocked with kitchen necessities and everything was labeled. The community was beautiful with all the walking path's. Some of the linen's were stained and dingy, master bedroom carpet showed sign's of dirt.

Clean, stocked, great location

This cute apartment was really well stocked with everything from kitchen stuff to beach supplies. Pam was very easy to get a hold of and offered many suggestions for things to do as well as restaurants. She sincerely wants her guests to have a good time. The location is great for a beach vacation, just across the street from a beach access, and the community has great amenities. Thank you Pam!

Family Beach Trip

Great way to start the summer. Beautiful condo, walking distance to beach, walking trails for fur babies, pools that were clean and refreshing, dinning options close by. Condo stocked with everything you could need. Just bring clothing & sun block.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We just love this little hidden treasure in New Smyrna. The condo has comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and all the things you need for a perfect vacation. We can't wait to come back.

Wonderful Location,Nicely Decorated and Outfitted Condo

Great location in Sea Woods just across the street from the beach. Friendly neighbors and pickleball community. Property was very well appointed. It had literally all the items we needed from kitchen to the beach. Plenty of plates, bowls, pots and pans. It had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, and beach towels. Would rent it again.

New Smyrna Gem

Staying in Sol Rise in Sea Woods, NSB was relaxing, comfortable and convenient. The unit was clean and well stocked. Our host thought of everything and the location to pools, courts and the ocean were short and easy walks. We highly recommend Sol Rise and we would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home

The complex was well taken care of. The condo was comfortable, very well equipped and clean. The little touches that were added were appreciated. The host provided almost anything you would need to enjoy a day at the beach and it was steps away from the condo The host was quick to respond with concerns we had.

Spacious 2/2 condo

Absolutely loved the property! It was more spacious than expected which was nice because we celebrated a birthday and had family stop by so it was nice to not be crammed in a small condo! The condo is very close to the pool, tennis courts, and the beach. The neighborhood has a lot of trees and a nice path to walk on in the shade. Will be staying there again!

We loved your place. The location is excellent. We have been vacationing in NSB and staying in sea woods for the past 40 years. Sol Rise is one of the best. This home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We felt at home. Thank you for the great stay.

Hidden Treasure with so many details

We made the best memories in this cozy condo in new smyrna. The complex is very safe and is a short walk to the pool or beach. The condo was so clean and the attention to detail was excellent. The kitchen had everything you needed for a light or heavy meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, decorated so nicely and stocked with extra sheets, blankets, towels and toiletries. It was a nice feeling that if you forgot a toothbrush there was new ones under the sink. The details were top notch. The condo also had all you needed for a trip to the beach -chairs, wagon and cooler. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and might visit again before the end of summer. Book the trip! And stay at this perfect little hidden beach condo to make for the best memories.

My girlfriend and I had a nice stay in April. The place could have been cleaner and a little updated for the price I paid. However the location was great (just steps from the beach) and the community was wonderful. Also an added bonus to have washer/dryer in unit.

A hidden gem in New Smyrna Beach

We stayed at this property for the month of March 2024. It was super clean when we arrived. Easy check in, great communication with the owner Pam, very well organized and stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will probably return.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Great week long stay at this condo. Condo is clean and is as described. Kitchen exceeded expectations with everything we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner for our college age daughter and 3 friends. Very nice neighborhood, and friendly residents next door and below. We utilized the heated pool and the gym, and the walking paths were a plus. The beach access is just across and down the street, and we took several walks there as well. Wi-Fi is great- streamed TV and was able to work remotely with no issue. Every item you can think of for the beach is here, including ice packs for a cooler that is available for use. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach, Eating and Visiting

We enjoyed our stay in Sea Woods. The property was very nice. We especially liked the nearest to the beach and the trails in Sea Woods. We probably ate at every restaurant in New Smyrna Beach. My sister lives in Winter Springs and we visited her four times. I would certainly recommend the property to future guests.

Great Place to stay in New Smyrna

Spacious, very well equipped condo in the wonderful green Sea Woods community. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, best equipped kitchen I have ever encountered in many years of condo renting. Very reponsive host. Short walk to the beach which is the no drive section. We had a great vacation at Sol Rise.
