One of the best for friendly service and helpful staff! We have been coming here for years on our way between AK and FL. Had many get together poolside with family. Comfortable rooms and great coffee too!

We were placed in a room right above the check-in desk, which was also by the door to the second door so it was pretty noisy until about 11pm.

It was SOOOOO nice to stay 5 minutes away from the hockey rink. Didn't have a fitness center, which I probably wouldn't have used anyway. They should get that broken window by the pool area fixed, though.

We are on it to fix the window. We had a child throw a cue ball at the window and that is why it is the way it is. Thank you for the 5 out 5 we really appreciate it.

Very friendly greeting at check in. Quiet. Nice room layout with tv location etc. Clean. Only complaint, the showerhead was bad and the bathroom ceiling is due for upgrade. Note, add a suitcase stand in the room.

Our check in experience was phenomenal we could not have asked for a more accomdating front desk staff. They were cheerful and inviting. Our room was updated and clean and had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our only concern was in room 103 where we stayed. There was a door to the pool, but it did not close properly and we could not lock it. We ended up moving the desk in front of the door to keep people from coming in and from keeping my 2 year old grandson from going out.

I'm sorry about the door in 103, We are waiting on a replacement door. The deadbolt above does lock, it just sticks so I'm sure it appeared as unlockable. So sorry for the inconvenience. I really hope you enjoyed your stay with us otherwise.

We only stayed one night as we had unknowingly booked our flight a day later than we wanted to. The hotel was nice, quiet, clean, and we slept well. We really enjoyed our stay!

I liked the fall decorations, bed was comfortable, room looked newly updated and clean, breakfast was very good, and staff was very friendly. Great place! After I left, I forgot a pair of jeans. The staff found them and mailed them to me. Thank you so much!

Everything was good with our stay except for we got in late and the front desk gals were out front smoking. They did go in and wash their hands, but would prefer they smoke in a designated area away from the front door. Just kind of a bad look. They were very nice and friendly, and don’t want to take away from that.

The hotel did a good job at keeping the place clean & updated. The front desk women were very kind. Room was clean & stocked well. Everything in the room felt and stayed kinda damp, might have been the location of the room (kinda above the pool area) but manageable. Breakfast in AM okay edible. Good location to main road and easy access into town

This was a nice place to stay. The room was clean. They were very nice at the front desk. The pool area was great. My grandsons loved all the toys they had for the pool and the basketball hoop.
