Whether you're visiting for a weekend, a week, or an entire semester, Sun Haven is designed to feel like home. This private 3rd-floor apartment was fully renovated in 2026, and my husband Colin and I poured an incredible amount of care, time, and attention into creating a space that feels both beautiful and comfortable. We truly care about our guests and take pride in offering thoughtfully designed, high-quality stays.

The apartment comfortably fits 4 people, but a 5th guest can use an optional air mattress (upon request). This space also features central air conditioning, a brand-new kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There is both off street and street parking available. The layout includes two bedrooms with queen beds, plus a living area with a couch that can accommodate an additional guest. An air mattress is also available upon request for added flexibility.

This sparkling clean apartment features everything you'll need to feel at home including:

- All bedding and extra blankets and pillows
- Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board
- Washer and dryer and laundry supplies in the unit
- Complete dishware, pots and pans, and cooking supplies
- On-street parking and off-street parking available
- Gigabit speed Wifi with free Netflix, Hulu, MAX, Peacock, Paramount+, and Disney+
- Pack and play, high chair, inflatable mattress, and desks are available upon request.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Parking: Limited off street parking is available in the back of the house. We do our best to guarantee one car per unit. At times, however, the parking lot may be full. If the parking area is full, guests must park on the street. Street parking is free and easy on our street.

Noise: This is a multi-family home, so you should expect to hear guests staying in the other apartments. Also, construction on the house next door may be going on during the day in 2026, so you may hear some construction noise at times.

Shared spaces: The porches and balconies are all shared spaces with other guests in the house.
