- The building receives a mandatory monthly pest control service during normal business hours. If access to the apartment is required during your stay, we will notify you in advance. This service cannot be declined

- Mailbox access is not available. If you plan to receive packages during your stay, please schedule deliveries accordingly

- Parties and events are not permitted

Security Deposit

A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of the house rules may result in charges against this deposit. Any applicable charges will be documented and shared with the guest.
