"Clean hotel. Good location"

"This hotel was clean and comfortable but pretty basic. Decent price. The breakfast was quite good. We stayed only one night so we weren’t able to take advantage of many of the amenities."

"The front desk worker, a younger African American woman sat there and fought through the glass with a family who had just lost their home due to a fire, with 3 young children, when they were unaware there was a deposit since they booked it through expedia and they do not tell you about any deposit. She was extremely ignorant and disrespectful. The room was not what i would call clean. The lamps and tables were all sticky, dust everywhere, the carpets were disgusting and the bathroom counter tops...

"Rooms are spacious and clean with great beds. Property was spotless with an indoor pool. I am only not giving excellent due to $16 additional breakfast cost which was not good or appetizing and should be free especially as it was not to a standard you would expect considering the pride they take in the rooms. Lift was very slow. I would stay again though"

"Very clean and beautiful room. The restaurant had a great view of the ball park. Would recommend staying there. We plan on staying there every time we go to Manchester to watch the Fisher Cats."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Free parking and a warm free breakfast were great bonuses that made our stay very worthwhile. There was also an outdoor pool that looked nice but we did not use it. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Expensive hotel compared to what you get. The generel condition of the hotel was bad.The hotel room was extremely noicy. Was offered a new room, but the noice from the ventilation system was the same. At check out the receptionist didn't care about my complain and just said that the manager might give me a call. Don't go there."
