"Good location close to shopping and dining. Comlimentary Breakfast was a hot buffet and the hotel also had a nightly happy hour with drinks and snack options. If there was a downside our room faced the I-71 freeway and you can hear the truck traffic all night long if you are a light sleeper."

"We liked the coziness of the lobby and the availability of coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. The room is very modern and clean with updated bathroom and walk-in shower. No towel hooks on the bathroom walls, however which made it awkward. Our biggest disappointment was the dining room being closed for cleaning during breakfast hours."

"Breakfast consisted of bananas, packaged granola bars and packaged muffins. Only thing hot was the coffee."

"Great that breakfast was included but was not the best. Both days I had breakfast and both times they ran out of hot food took them a long time to replace. They were not on top of that at all. Floor had food on the ground underneath and around the tables as well. If I stay there again I will go out for breakfast"

"Upon arrival we had the pleasure of meeting the staff as they helped us get registered and gave us directions to the amenities. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary utensils. The room was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We do not participate in breakfast as we had an early appointment. check out was as easy as the arrival. This is the second or third time we’ve stayed at this establishment and will always do that when we return to Columbus."

"Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down...

"We really liked staying here. The only complaint was taking a room on the first floor next to the kitchen. The staff preparing breakfast was very loud for us to try and sleep in."
