THE SPACE
The amazingly beautiful, family-friendly Shore House is nestled on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan, and every square inch has been designed for vacation bliss! The three-story home sits at the top of the hill, boasting never-ending million-dollar views. Backyard entertainment features are truly epic here, with a private white sand beach, a lower chaise lounge sundeck, and an upper-level dining and entertainment area that runs the full length of the home.

Inside, the Shore House’s main floor boasts a gorgeous chef’s kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, dining with a view and a table that expands to seat up to 12, an inviting living room with a fireplace, and an intimate sitting room that leads to a screened porch. A sumptuous ensuite defines the ultimate escape with never-ending views, access to the deck, and a designer bathroom that rivals a spa. Head upstairs to find three bedrooms and two full baths. The residence’s lower level has two more bedrooms and an additional full bath, and every space on each floor is lushly styled for luxury and comfort.

The Shore House features five well-appointed bathrooms. The primary ensuite includes a luxurious bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Near the entrance, there's a bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for guests. The upper level has two bathrooms, each with a bathtub and shower-tub combo, conveniently located parallel to each other. The lower level offers a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There are all sorts of nearby woodland, lake, and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore, the most popular of which is Warren Dunes State Park, with its 2,000 acres of amazing sand dunes, gorgeous beachfront, and wetland trails, as well as its extraordinary birdwatching! You and your guests might relish visiting New Buffalo’s Oselka Park, which has baseball fields, playground equipment, and tennis courts. To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

Pets are not allowed at this home.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
