"When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."

"This is a great place for my needs -- very private, quiet, convenient. It is in an excellent, central location, with easy parking. It is very well equipped -- with all the essentials plus Keurig cups and tea bags and more! The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. This was my second stay and I look forward to more!"

"The only good about this place it was clean no tv in the rooms not evn a mirrow to dress one self no silverware in the kitchen no complimentary water in the fridge no soap in the bathrooms ac or heat unit falling apart this has been the worst place ive stayed at. "I didn’t expect to spend as much time in the apartment while touring NYC, but plans changed and it ended up being the perfect haven. As other reviews mentioned, the apartment truly has everything you need. It’s surprisingly spacious for an attic unit, and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave.I especially liked that the living room and bedroom each had their own thermostat. "We stayed at this location for 2 nights prior to our cruise leaving from Port Liberty. The owner was very helpful in assisting us in finding some tourist resources for NYC. We were pleasantly surprised by some of the included extras! They really made our stay enjoyable. "
