Newly created Outdoor Shower to rinse off with. 4 kayaks are included with your stay. Texas State Law requires floatation device on ALL TEXAS WATERS. Just down the private street is Little Ponderosa River and Tube Outfitters where you can rent tubes for all your guests and float back down to your own property. Mention staying at our property by name and receive a discount on Tube Rental. Easy access to the river from the backyard using our newly constructed stairs. 110 feet of direct river frontage makes this property ideal for anchoring tubes onto a tree and sit back and relax. Great deep water for fishing that beautiful Texas River Trout. State Fishing License is REQUIRED on all Texas Waters.

Sunroom offers additional seating to take in the views of the river or even open a book and relax while still keeping an eye out on your guests. Brand new kitchen complete with granite countertops as well as being fully stocked makes it an ideal hangout space for prepping meals. The newly created pass through window to the dining room is convenient for setting up dinners with the family. BBQ grill outside is ready to handle those steaks and burgers after a long day on the river, just bring the charcoal .

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property during the rental period.
