The only two positives about this place was the cold a/c and the woman working the front desk when I arrived. Otherwise, this property is terrible. I just stayed at a Motel 6 off 1604 near Bandera Rd. in San Antonio, Tx and it was wonderful. I booked this one thinking they were of the same caliber. I was wrong. There was trash all over the parking lot and the hotel was at capacity with people on extended stays. Essentially meaning that they live there. There was no where to park near the rooms, cars being worked on in the parking lot, kids playing in the parking area at 2am and I feared that my vehicle would be damaged or stolen. The room was spacious but dirty. The woman working was very nice and helpful. She knew I was uncomfortable and dreading my situation and did everything she could to help. I appreciated her care and concern. She was truly a good person. After the first night, I woke to the voice of a man with a heavy Indian accent in the hallway. He was yelling at someone, very rudely, and I gathered he was the hotel owner or manager. He woke me out of a dead sleep with his loud and unprofessional behavior. There are better ways to handle your dissatisfaction with your employees. He had no concern for the guests in his hotel when he was yelling at an employee in the hallway which was a complete hypocrisy to what he was yelling about. Jack Ass. I will never stay at this particular Motel 6 again. Too much chaos and I felt unsafe as a lone female traveler.
