Gorgeous industrial modern 1BR studio in heart of Nevada City Historical District, steps away from eclectic bars, award-winning restaurants, shops, and night life. This cozy beautiful studio apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free.

We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup. There is a small fee of $35 so please check that box. Please do let us know if Fido will be staying too.

Modern designer build with high-end custom materials and finishes throughout. This cozy studio-style space has a cushy queen bed, with luxury linens, down comforter and fluffy pillows. There is a large TV on the wall across from the bed. At the end of a full day of exploring/shopping/dining, kick off your shoes, heat up the left-overs and lounge in bed watching your favorite shows on Netflix.

Please note the location in the description as we are in town and very close to the business district. As such you may experience some light noise in the early evening.

Note: There is NO additional lounging space (couch, side chairs, etc) but there is a bistro table and chairs for morning coffee or intimate dinner for 2.

The galley kitchenette is just off the sleeping space but separated and has full size stainless steel appliances, high-end fixtures, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. Small built in fridge, microwave, and fully stocked dishware and cookware.

The bathroom is separate and private with an industrial-design flair and includes custom tile and cabinetry, a spacious walk-in shower, and bath amenities.

This is a fully private space with free on site parking. Private entrance with keyless entry and lockbox.

Located in Central Downtown Historical District. Nevada City is a colorful town that has prepared for its future by preserving its past. Nevada City is among the most interesting of California Gold Rush towns, attracting visitors from far and wide. The entire downtown district is a national historic landmark where guests enjoy quality restaurants, comfortable lodgings and a variety of fine shops, boutiques, galleries and museums, all flavored with old-fashioned Nevada City hospitality.

Close to Tribute Trail for hiking. Walk to any of the 10 restaurants and unique stores. Live Concerts and Live Theater Venues, year round. Nevada City Chamber offers events throughout the year, including Mardis Gras and Presidents day. Farmers market is on Saturdays and located out your door. Gold mines in Grass Valley and the Yuba River for recreating.

Located in the heart of downtown Nevada City, you will be steps away from first class restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, night clubs, and entertainment venues. There is free parking onsite so you will never have to move your car unless you want to explore other parts of the county. Grass Valley is just 5 minutes away and there is myriad hiking trails, rivers, and lakes to discover.

NEED MORE SPACE? This space has the option of adjoining with a very large suite on the same level to create a large full 2BR apartment. Inquire as to the possibility of renting the combination if you are traveling with family or another couple. Great for an intimate gathering of a small group.
There are 2 Airbnb units on the lower level that are adjoined by an internal door off your kitchenette. As such please be mindful of noise and courteous of your neighbor, especially after 10 PM. The door is substantial however, we have reports that you may hear your neighbor at times.

There is a shared space outside with access off the parking area. A lovely sitting area with a waterfall to the left of the building.

If traveling with a dog we do ask that your pet is not left unattended or be placed in a crate when away from the unit.
