"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

"Beautiful Mountain Views! Photos in listing are accurate. Make sure to notice that the ceilings do not go all the way up to the ceiling, so the sounds of the night in other rooms are more like being in 1 large room. The listing suggests 4WD or AWD to upper parking level. I would actually recommend it for the lower parking level as well. We have a Toyota Highlander with good tires and still spun in the rocks and had to back down and put in low gear and gun it to get to the lower level. Don't...
