You will also have a refreshing filter water fountain. The bay window of the living room opens onto a small private garden with trees which will accommodate a table and chairs for the traditional holiday aperitifs !The bedroom is spacious with its many cupboards organized to store your belongings and your suitcases ! The duration of these disruptions can vary depending on the situation. the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. In fact, the Le Flamboyant residence is currently undergoing facade renovations between June 2026 and July 2027. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them.
