A nice hotel, but the one big negative is a lack of computer/internet facilities, and I had to make enquiries (elsewhere) for an internet café around the corner (near Bank Hapoalim), as nobody at the reception desk had any information. The hotel is well situated, and the room had a good view. The hotel had no in-house entertainment. The TV in the room did not cater for English speakers, on its available channels. Breakfast food could have added fresh fruit to an otherwise good mixture of food.

Meh, it's OK but not worth the price

Like all service I received In Israel, it seemed perfunctory at the Park. The check-in clerk initially gave me the wrong room number along with a key that did not even open that room. A housekeeper was on the floor so she opened the room for me but there were other people's item in it! She had no way of contacting the front desk so I had to take the SLOW elevator down, explain it to this woman who interrupted herself from helping somebody else, even though I said not to, and then give me the right key and rom number. The clerk was not good, completely unable to multi-task. They are completely redecorating and I can see that it will be lovely once it's done. I paid more to stay here than I had at a much nicer place and that is definitely part of my disappointment. It was also a longer walk to the beach than when we were on the other side of the promenade.

Don't Stay Here

Very old looking hotel with dirty everything: windows, floors, rooms. Bathroom is horrible with cracked tile and rusty faucets. Very poor selection of food for breakfast. But nice view from the balcony and good location.

I LOVE this place! Staying here was the best, most luxurious part of my trip!

This place was tops! The view of the Mediterranean was astounding from the hotel room and the board walk which wound through lush gardens. There was a full, delicious, healthy buffet at breakfast. Shopping and restaurants were less than a block away. Security was excellent and even helped when I had car trouble. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly.

On the beach in Netanya

The Park is not for divas as it is good and comfortable without being fancy and pretentious. My stay was made better by an outstanding view at the end of the hallway with a minimum of noise from other guests. Staff was very friendly and engaging and made sure to meet whatever request i made. If you want a place on the beach, very convenient to the square and the nicer part of Netanya, stay here. Ask for Alon at the front desk, he was great !
