The 2-storey house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the 3 bedroom), a washing machine and cable TV. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. The absolute highlight of the property is its private outdoor area consisting of a garden with garden furniture and a parasol, a covered terrace, an open terrace with a balinese bed, a barbecue, a furnished balcony, a generous pool, an outdoor shower and even a jacuzzi. As you can see, “Villa Maite” leaves little to be desired and it is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed holiday surrounded by a beautiful landscape. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, bars and cafes (400-600m; 5-6 minutes walking), while the closest beach, Playa de Burriana, can be reached after 23 minutes walking or 6 minutes driving(1.9km). The closest airport is in Málaga and it can be reached after 51 minutes driving (71.1km).

Pets are not allowed.

The house offers an auto check-in option with a code that the HO will give you in advance.

The whirlpool is not suitable for babies (only children over 3 years old allowed).

The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer.
