The master bedroom has a double bed (150x190 cm).

The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom features a bath, separate shower and bidet, a practical combination when travelling with young children. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, air fryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine and kettle. The washing machine is in the private storage room.



For entertainment, the apartment features a PlayStation 4 with games, chess, Yahtzee and other board games, books in various languages and CDs, particularly useful for stays of more than five days with children. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and both bedrooms. Wi-Fi and a TV with international channels are included.

Parking and Access at Playa Burriana

The building has open-air parking with a barrier, accessed via remote control, and a lift to the second floor. Once you have parked your car on arrival, you can enjoy most of your holiday on foot.



Important information: The communal swimming pool is open from 15 May to mid-November. It is not available outside this period. Access to the pool may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance or cleaning work.
