The space:
The home is 2 floors:
The entrance is in the (ground) first floor, splits with a different house. The bedrooms are in the second floor. Kitchen, terrace and a small bathroom are on the third (top) floor.

Main bedroom: Private bathroom with bathtub and bidet. and air conditioning unit. Double bed antique and refurbished (150 x 180). Facing a pedestrian street.

Second bedroom: Smaller and facing a inner common patio. two 105 beds. Air conditioning unit.

There's a second bathroom in this floor between the bedrooms.

At the third (top) floor are the kitchen, living room, terrace and a third small bathroom.

The living room has a AC unit and smart TV.

The kitchen is medium size with a small dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave... There's no laundry machine but there's a coin laundry a minute walk from the house.

Lovely terrace that faces west and has a table with chairs.

There's a small bathroom on the top floor too.
