"The thing is I booked the "Chicken Coop" you stuck us in the "Pink Loft" . I'm not sure if the price was the same. We are retired in our laye 60s We both have leg issues so having to climb stairs when we didn't book the Loft was hard on us. We had been stuck on the freeway backup, we were tired from the long drive. Barely had the energy to make it up the stairs.
