A luxury, modern 3-bedroom villa set over two floors with an abundance of space, with a bright and airy open-plan layout. The villa is complete with a private swimming pool, secluded landscaped gardens, and a luxury hot tub.

It is perfectly located; just a short 5-minute drive into Latchi and a 5-minute drive into the 300-year old village of Neo Chorio; close to all amenities including bars, cafes, restaurants, and local shops, and a mini-supermarket.

Living Area

The large open-plan living area is bright and airy with luxurious decor and design throughout; it is the perfect retreat from the warm Cyprus sun. With comfortable seating and plenty of entertainment to enjoy your home comforts; a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and UKTV with English and International TV channels. There is also a selection of books and games; ideal for children.

The living area extends outside to the outdoor area overlooking the swimming pool and stunning views of Latchi.

There is dedicated Wi-Fi Internet included free of charge.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for your stay. Appliances include a large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a toaster.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.

Villa Genevieve has a spectacular outdoor area. With an abundance of space and places to relax and unwind; it is the ultimate escape.

The stunning private swimming pool overlooks the panoramic views of Chrysochous Bay; perfect for your holiday selfie. The swimming pool is surrounded by a vast patio area complete with reclining sun-loungers, parasols, and a small decking area with luxury chairs and foot-rests to relax and take in the beautiful landscape.

Through the landscaped gardens is a luxury hot tub; perfect to enjoy the panoramic postcard sea views. At the back of the property, is a secluded decking area with luxurious, cozy rattan sun-loungers; the ideal place to unwind.

There is a shaded outdoor dining area with seating for 6-people, complete with a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou' BBQ; ideal for an amazing sunset dinner with some local wine.

The roof terrace is the ultimate place to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of Latchi. There is a luxurious rattan sofa-set with comfortable cushions and pillows, as well as an outdoor pyramid heater for those cooler nights. It is the ideal place to capture an amazing Cyprus sunset and watch the stars.
