Perfect for families, groups, or business travellers, it offers a warm living area opening to a sun-filled deck for barbecues or relaxing. Secure fencing makes it safe for kids and pets. Some traffic noise at peak times due to the corner location, but the spacious layout and inviting feel make it easy to unwind—an ideal base for holidays or work trips.

The space
Bedrooms one and two are generously sized, each featuring a comfortable queen bed. One of these rooms also includes an office desk and chair, ideal for work or study. The third bedroom offers a cozy king single bed, perfect for a child or extra guest. Additionally a portacot can be made available if you need it. A washing machine is available with a washing line and racks - perfect for those wanting a longer stay.

Nelson offers a range of thrilling mountain biking trails for all levels. The Nelson Mountain Bike Park (The Codgers) provides a mix of downhill and flowy trails. The challenging Rameka Track delivers epic downhill views. For scenic, easy rides, the Great Taste Trail and Queen Elizabeth Park are perfect. Nestled on the stunning Tasman Bay, Tāhunanui Beach offers a relaxed, family-friendly destination perfect for swimming, picnicking, and beach sports. What I love most about the Nelson region is how effortlessly it blends natural beauty, adventure, and tranquility. It's home to three stunning national parks, each offering a unique experience. Abel Tasman National Park is a personal favourite for its golden beaches, turquoise waters, and relaxed coastal walks—or a kayak if you're feeling adventurous. Then there’s Kahurangi National Park, a vast and remote wilderness perfect for hiking and immersing yourself in nature, especially along the iconic Heaphy Track. For something different again, Nelson Lakes National Park offers an alpine escape with peaceful forests, dramatic mountains, and crystal-clear glacial lakes. Whether you’re after a leisurely lakeside stroll or a multi-day tramp, there's something here for everyone. That variety is what keeps me inspired by this place every day. Golden Bay is another place we love to visit, with stunning scenery and beaches.
