11 Intrepid is the ultimate year-round getaway for couples or families to unwind and soak up all that Port Stephens has to offer. Retreat to this perfectly situated, top floor, two bedroom accommodation in Little Beach that has Wifi provided.

With just a grassed reserve between you and the sparkling cerulean waters and pristine sands of Shoal Bay Beach, and family-friendly Little Beach just a short walk away, you will be relaxing with your feet in the water in no time.
The north-facing covered balcony is a sanctuary for relaxing, soaking up sun, sea and fresh air with uninterrupted views to the headlands of Port Stephens as well as the treetops nearby. Sunrise on the balcony provides a spectacular start to the day.

The exceptional water views are also captured from the open plan, freshly painted, light and airy interior and bedrooms.
Featuring all new appliances, furniture and carpet , 3 seater sofa with chaise, armchair, beds, mattresses, WI-FI, 49 HD flatscreen TV, DVD player, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, well-equipped kitchen with Miele dishwasher, electric cooktop, electric oven, microwave oven, Expressi Coffee Machine/Milk Frother, triple-filtered water on tap, underfloor heating in the kitchen, ceiling fan in main bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet & basin.

A locked single garage and one open car space for your boat or jet-ski, park the car up and walk to clubs, marina, lighthouse, coffee shops, restaurants, activities. Everything you could need is close-by and within walking distance.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Shoal Bay Break

Take a short break... nice part of the world the Nelson Bay Area... last there in 1975! wholesale changes as one would expect but still a nice place with plenty to do and see. The rental property was also very nice and well located. The stairs were not quite what I anticipated, 4th floor (3 + garage) walk-up.... but worth the effort. Initially we had access issues... Three sets of keys that did not fit the suspect door lock!!! Give me a break! It's after hours on a Friday afternoon and in all the paperwork provided no after hours contact info!!! After scouring the internet about the property, eventually located and emergency after hours number and some time later a real estate agents representative shows up... eventually we have one key that is of use if you work it carefully. We were advised that a locksmith would be there that evening or the next day... still haven't seen any sign of a lock smith... Apart from that drama which is pretty poor for anyone with the gaul to call themselves property management... the stay was quite ok. The rental itself has a tremendous view and great proximity to the beach. Handy to the various retail areas of Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. Most likely will revisit again now we've got a better feel for the place.

Fabulous view ....loved the sound of the waves at night !

Great proximity to beach and amenities. Owners have taken care to kindly provide lots of extras like S &P sugar paper towels and other necessities. Much appreciated. Unfortunately BBQ did not work and the 44 stairs to the apartment was not the easiest, particularly with a heart issue. Did not realise that there was not lift access.

Amazing place!

We spent a week at this accomodation and absolutely loved it! The location is great if you’re keen to spend some time in the ocean and in walking distance of cafe’s and a short 2km into the town centre! We really enjoyed the comfortable living spaces and style of the apartment. As first time visitors to Nelson Bay, we will 100% be coming back, and recommending this accomodation.
