Originally known as Upland Manor and later home to the beloved Mark Addy Inn, the estate now blends historic character with modern comforts, inviting guest suites, and sweeping mountain views. The Layout:
Second Floor
Parlor- Moody living area with purple walls and conversational seating. This room has a full bath with a stand-up shower available for all guests to use. There is also a separate ADA-compliant half bath located inside of the parlor.

Dining Room- Four separate 4-seat dining tables are great for card games, cocktails or meals.

Original 110" high functional wood pocket doors separate the dining area from another living space, featuring 2 champagne velvet sofas, an additional 4-seat dining table for games or eating, and another half bath.

Suite 4 | King + Twin
Located on the second floor, Suite 4 comfortably sleeps up to three guests with a king bed and twin daybed. Its elegant marble bathroom and flexible sleeping arrangement make it a great choice for friends, families, or guests attending an event at the estate.

To help create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests, we welcome well-behaved children ages 12 and older when staying in individual suites with a parent or guardian. Children of all ages are welcome when renting the entire Estate. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
