As a result, we've poured our heart & soul into designing this as an ideal spot for friends and family to gather in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. You're surrounded by nature in our unique eco-village but also super close to the several breweries & cideries & wineries & distilleries & restaurants that Nelson County has to offer. 95% of furnishings are brand new as of September 2023 -- we've thoughtfully curated every inch of the property!!

Downstairs, our chestnut leather sectional faces a 65" Fire TV featuring YouTube TV & other streaming services. The fully-equipped kitchen features an induction stove and plenty of amenities to cook meals for your party. The 8' farm table comfortably seats 8 people. The sun porch windows feature pull-down screens, and there's a switch to turn-off the central air in case you'd like to shut the slider and enjoy the breeze. The downstairs master features a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite full bathroom. The front hallway has a half bath.

Upstairs, enjoy another sitting area with a 55" Fire TV, bookshelf, playing cards, poker chips, and plenty of board games. If the couch doesn't provide enough space, feel free to grab our 4 colorful bean bags off the landing. As is tradition with our other VRBOs, we provide an acoustic guitar so don't worry about packing your own. For the 3 upstairs bedrooms: the first features a king bed, the second features 2 queen beds, and the third features a twin-over-full bunk bed. There's also a full bathroom.

Outside, we have a grill on the back patio and, again, seating for 8 on our patio set with the red umbrella. We also offer a "playroom" garage equipped with our third flat-screen TV, soundbar, ping pong table, and darts board. We also provide a folding table and 8 chairs.
