"Rustic little cabin in great location for easy access to Boulder. Beautiful to be in nature and to see the stars at night. The only negative is that we were there in July and there is no air conditioning or ceiling fans in the bedrooms - so it was extremely hot and we all struggled to sleep for the 3 nights we were there. Would definitely recommend during the cooler months."

"We had a great getaway in the mountains at this property. The location was perfect with being close to town (but not in town) and an easy drive to amazing cross-country skiing at Eldora Resort. Loved the big windows and the master suite upstairs was fabulous. "

"Very nice, quaint house in a quiet area. It was very roomy for four adults. We didn't cook but everything you might need to do so was available. We had coffee on the back patio every morning which we greatly enjoyed. We highly recommend this property "

"This house overlooks the town and the reservoir, and it truly does only take 5 minutes to walk. Which is good because the parking space is up a steep little hump and we only took the car for hikes. Town has everything including a Nepalese restaurant and a few great little coffeehouses, a grocery, rock shop, circus carousel…you name it. The home is spacious. Two bedrooms are also spacious with queen beds (one has a pull-up bar if you like to do chin ups before bed). Third BR (full futon) and loft...

"We had an enjoyable stay. The location of the apartment was ideal, even though the town of Nederland isn't that big. The unit was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were great. Modern with all of the amenities included. The owners are extremely responsive which was also a definite plus. Our only suggestion would be to put a thicker pad/mattress on the single bed. Other than that, our stay was excellent. "

The property was clean and everything was thought of from extra blankets, to labeled cabinets, to a comfortable indoor and outdoor space to unwind. "This home was a wonderful spot for our family gathering. The setting is incredibly beautiful, the kitchen is stocked with everything we could have needed or wanted, and there are board games, a large library, and a cabinet filled with first aid supplies and toiletries. It's a short and beautiful drive to Nederland. Almost no traffic on the road and no neighbor noise. We loved the property so much, we're considering booking it again for next year. "
